Queens Community Events

We're having a meeting and you're invited! If you're worried about housing in Queens, or are concerned about your neighbors or the community from getting priced out, or just care about exploring different economic models that focus on helping our community- don't miss our general meeting! 

Western Queens Community Land Trust is here to help communities take ownership of land, pulling it off the market and branding it permanently affordable (and permanently community-run.) There are several exciting building projects we're working on- if you want to learn about those or talk about how your own building could be truly affordable, come to our meeting on April 16th, have some pizza, ask some questions, meet your neighbors, and find out how you can make Queens permanently affordable for everyone!

When: 7 pm on Thursday, April 16
Where: 51-23B Queens Blvd, Woodside (Woodside on the Move office).
